Cancellation and refund conditions are specific to each booking. Please use the terms shown on your booking page, quotation, invoice or confirmation. There is no single free-cancellation period covering every service on this website.
Before you book
Check the cancellation deadline, time zone, change fees, refund eligibility and any non-refundable items for your selected service. If the conditions are missing or unclear, ask our team to confirm them before payment.
How to request a change or cancellation
Contact info@myphuket-holiday.com or WhatsApp +66 98-664-1462 with your booking reference, lead traveller’s name, travel date and requested change. Ask the team to confirm the status of your request.
Rescheduling
Date and service changes depend on availability and the supplier’s policy. A free-change window may apply to some bookings; fare differences or charges may apply outside the conditions stated for your booking.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable under the conditions of the booked service. Do not assume that a policy applying to one tour also applies to another.
Operator cancellations and weather
If the operator cancels for safety or weather reasons, a new date or refund may be available according to the supplier’s terms. Contact our team to review the options.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, deductions, method and processing time depend on the booking terms, supplier and payment provider. Ask our team for the details applicable to your reservation; this page does not promise a universal refund amount or processing time.
Bookings through another platform
If you booked through an online travel agency or other booking platform, follow the cancellation instructions in that platform’s confirmation. Our team can help identify the service, while the booking platform may need to handle the request.
